We ship within Germany and the EU.
Local collection is not possible.
Delivery service
We only ship in insured parcels with DHL / Deutsche Post.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs within Germany are 5,50€ incl. VAT. From an order value of 50€ we ship free of charge.
The shipping costs within the EU are €12,90 incl. VAT. From an order value of 150€ we ship free of charge.
Delivery time
We manufacture your products to order. Therefore, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days within Germany.
When shipping to other EU countries, the delivery time increases by approx. 3 working days.
Packaging
We generally use 1-wall cardboard boxes for shipping. We also pack your items in packing paper and pad the box well. As environmental protection is important to us, we try not to use bubble wrap or similar.
